During his +20 years career as an IP attorney, James has represented a wide range of clients from solo inventors and individual entrepreneurs, to large international companies on a variety of IP related matters. James’ technical background is diverse, including degrees in both chemical engineering and electrical engineering. As for James’ patent practice, James has successfully obtained patents in a wide range of technical fields from simple mechanical devices to complex mechanical systems, integrated circuits, chip fabrication, optical systems, microprocessor design, software, social networking, augmented reality systems, mobile applications, and wireless networks.
